## Call and pay

1. Choose an action from the manifest or action catalog.
2. Send the declared GET request. An unpaid call returns HTTP 402 with x402 v2 payment requirements.
3. Verify the HTTPS resource, exact amount, Base network, canonical USDC asset, and payTo wallet.
4. Sign the exact payment authorization and replay the same request with the payment header.
5. Reconcile the payment response and result before continuing a workflow.

## Boundaries

- Morpho output is a read-only indexed snapshot with deterministic stress calculations. Verify direct RPC state before any financial action.
- Morpho protection output is a deterministic quote plus unsigned templates. Re-read, simulate, and apply caller policy before signing elsewhere.
- Morpho market underwriting exposes separate evidence flags rather than one opaque risk score. The caller owns policy and any capital decision.
- Morpho PreLiquidation replay reconstructs gross historical event economics. It does not infer net profit or future executability.
- Repository scan output is static evidence, not permission to execute untrusted code.
- Opportunity preflight uses caller-supplied cost and selection assumptions plus dated categorical platform evidence. It makes no claim, bid, payment, or submission on the source platform.
- Demand telemetry is aggregate and does not expose buyer identities or raw request data.
